Warranty Policy
At AT Mobile Tech, we take pride in offering quality repairs and reliable products.
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered under our repair and product warranties, and how to make a claim.
1. Repair Warranty
All repairs performed by AT Mobile Tech include a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the date of service completion.
✅ Covered:
- The specific issue repaired (e.g., replaced screen, new battery, charging port repair)
- The replacement part installed by AT Mobile Tech
❌ Not Covered:
- Physical damage, cracks, or drops after repair
- Water or liquid damage after service
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Software issues unrelated to the original repair
- Repairs performed or tampered with by another technician or shop
- Loss of data, apps, or personal information
If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, and it qualifies under warranty, we will repair it again at no additional cost.
2. Product Warranty (Accessories & Devices)
Selected accessories and devices sold by AT Mobile Tech come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 7 to 90 days, depending on the item type.
To qualify for a product warranty claim:
- The item must show no signs of physical or liquid damage
- You must present the original receipt or proof of purchase
If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim:
- Visit any AT Mobile Tech branch (Grand Anse or The Carenage)
- Bring the device or product and proof of purchase
- Our technician will inspect and verify eligibility under warranty terms
Approved claims will be serviced or replaced within 3–7 business days, depending on parts availability.
4. Exclusions & Limitations
- AT Mobile Tech is not liable for data loss or third-party accessories (e.g., cases, screen protectors, or cables not purchased from us)
- Warranty coverage is non-transferable
- No refunds are issued for repairs once service has been completed
