1. Services
AT Mobile Tech provides phone and electronic repair, accessories sales, and related services.
Repair times are estimates only and may vary depending on parts availability and device condition.
2. Warranty
All repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty covering the parts replaced and the specific issue repaired.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, water damage, or future faults unrelated to the original repair
- Tampering by a third party after repair
- Normal wear and tear
3. Payments
Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods.
4. Liability
While every care is taken during repairs, AT Mobile Tech shall not be liable for data loss, pre-existing damage, or issues arising from unauthorized repairs performed elsewhere.
We recommend all customers back up their data before submitting any device for repair.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Accessory items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
6. Privacy
All customer data is treated as confidential. We never sell or share customer details.
