1. Repairs & Services
All diagnostic and labour fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a repair cannot be completed due to parts unavailability or other reasons, we will notify you and provide available options.
Warranty repairs are performed at no additional cost if the issue falls within our warranty terms.
2. Products & Accessories
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if:
- They are in original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt
No refunds are provided for used accessories, screen protectors, or items showing wear.
3. Special Orders
Special-order or custom items are non-refundable once ordered from the supplier.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (cash or card) within 7 business days.
