Service Terms Agreement
Welcome to AT Mobile Tech!
By requesting or authorizing any service from us—whether online, by phone, or in-store—you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms help ensure transparency, protect your data, and guarantee fair service for all customers.
1. Device Check-In
When submitting your device for service, please:
- Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and cases (if possible)
- Back up your data before service (we are not responsible for data loss)
- Provide accurate contact information for updates and collection
A service tag or receipt will be issued as proof of submission.
2. Diagnostic & Service Fees
A diagnostic fee may apply for inspection and testing of your device.
This fee is waived if you proceed with the approved repair.
If you choose not to continue after diagnosis, the fee will remain payable for time and tools used.
3. Repair Authorization
By approving a repair, you authorize AT Mobile Tech technicians to:
- Perform necessary repairs and testing
- Use compatible or high-quality replacement parts
- Access device settings for diagnostic purposes
We will always inform you before proceeding with any additional or unexpected repairs.
4. Warranty Coverage
All repairs are covered by our 30-day limited warranty on the replaced parts and service performed.
This warranty excludes:
- New physical or liquid damage after repair
- Issues unrelated to the original service
- Tampering by third parties

5. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days after service completion may be considered abandoned.
AT Mobile Tech reserves the right to dispose of or recycle unclaimed devices to recover costs.
6. Liability
While every precaution is taken, AT Mobile Tech is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or future issues unrelated to the repair
- Data loss, software corruption, or app reinstallation
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs elsewhere
Customers are advised to back up all data before service.
7. Payment Terms
All payments are due upon collection unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, and electronic payment options.
8. Communication
We may contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp for repair updates, confirmations, or feedback.
