At AT Mobile Tech, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and affordably.
This policy explains our shipping, delivery, and pickup procedures for orders placed online or in-store.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details (if applicable) via email or WhatsApp.
2. Local Delivery (Grenada)
We currently offer island-wide delivery for accessories and small electronics.
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Express Delivery (within St. George’s): same day when available
- Delivery Fee: EC$10–250 depending on location
You may also choose Free In-Store Pickup from any of our branches:
- Grand Anse, St. George’s
- The Carenage, St. George’s
3. Regional or International Shipping
For regional or international deliveries (Caribbean or overseas orders), please contact us directly before purchasing.
Shipping fees, carrier choice, and delivery times will vary based on destination.
4. Packaging & Handling
All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions).
However, we’ll always assist in tracking and resolving any delay.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will liaise with the courier service to locate it or arrange a replacement when applicable.
